Love this company!
Prior to ordering a slab from Italian Marble & Granite, I asked if I could get my deposit back if I changed my mind. They said yes. No caveats were mentioned. I decided to not go with the slab they ordered and to cancel th job completely. When I asked for my refund, they proceeded to inform me that they, not the fabricator as I called to confirm, are charging me a restocking fee of $980!!!! I guess that's how they make their profit. This has to be one of the most unprofessional places I've encountered. The installers were late, trapsed mud through my house and scratched my cabinets. And the young lady in the main office didn't seem to care at all, she said she was the Owner but was totally unhelpful, she should be embarrassed. The counter is fine but everything else was terrible, just a stressful experience. Don't bother. Should be ashamed of this customer service. What a sham.
