When you take jewelry here to be fixed, the two brothers steal your real gold and switch it out with cheaper, smaller, lookalikes. And they know the cops can't do anything so they're getting away with it. STOP GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! They are not honest people. Lying, cheating, crooks, is what they are.
Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. These people are scammers they will switch your jewelry and give you a fake replacement. Do not take your stuff here to get cleaned or fixed they WILL steal it.
DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR JEWELRY FIXED!!!!! THEY SWITCHED MY MOMS CHAIN AND GAVE HER A FAKE ONE! SHE HAD HER CHAIN FOR 20+ YEARS REAL CHAIN!!!! AND WE CAN TELL THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE AND IT WAS FROM A FAMILY MEMBER WHO PASSED AWAY. A VERY SENTIMENTAL PIECE. THEY SWAPPED IT AND LIED ABOUT IT.
