When you take jewelry here to be fixed, the two brothers steal your real gold and switch it out with cheaper, smaller, lookalikes. And they know the cops can't do anything so they're getting away with it. STOP GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! They are not honest people. Lying, cheating, crooks, is what they are.
Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process.
