They just don’t do right, took 3 months to produce my wife’s ring. They only start trying to get their stuff together when we requested a refund. Literally refusing to issue a refund for product they don’t even have.
Do not buy here ever i bought a ring for 1500 in finance and it came out to be $2000 with the pre purchase option dont even think about going here !! Worst place ever they are thieves
horrible customer service bought a nugget ring from them and the bottom was really thin when i asked the guy if it breaks is there any warranty and he told me they all have life time warranty it’s broken twice now and everytime i go they try to charge me 30 dollars to get it fixed also when i dropped it off (opening time)they told me to come back tomorrow than when i went the next day they told me give me an hour than they had me wait another 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the ring horrible horrible customer service d... read more
Horrible work ! Went in to get a gold grill with some diamonds. Told The guy that I’m leaving back to Florida a certain day and said he could do it in that amount of days. When I got there to pick it up the grill wasn’t done. He said I could take it with me and have someone back home finish it. Which mean I had to pay more money.
