Got an antipasto salad today it was terrible no onions a little meat and cheese 2 slices of tomato 2 slices of cucumber and 2 pepperoncini's with iceberg lettuce for $7.00 never again got from the nedrow store

I was told they have good wings and pizza, we decided to order a margherita pizza. they should call it a tomato pie and nothing else, no basil and 5 pieces of cheese for 20.00. I called to complain and the person that answered the phone was rude and asked if I would like to talk to the person who made it. So not only did the pizza suck but having no apology just put then into poor business catagory.

OIP has some of the best Pizza in Syracuse. In fact, we look forward to eating the pizza. I don't look forward to dealing with the surly employees. If they bumped up their customer service JUST a notch, they'd be the best around. Hands down. Can't complain about the food, though. The pizza is awesome. The crust is light and perfect New York style. The sauce is vibrant and excellent without overpowering. The cheese is amazing. They also make a great sub sandwich and cheesesteak.
