This place is shady. I found a deal on Groupon, and when I called to schedule an appointment, they asked if I already purchased the service on Groupon. I said no, and than she said to come to the salon and pay directly because Groupon takes a half. I went to my appointment for partial highlights. When I seat in the chair Laura said that I need full highlights and she will not do partials. I was prepared to spend $72 as a deal, not $165, as she asked for full highlights. She later asked if I wanted a specific day or time, and I never responded — yet a booking was created for me through GlossGenius without my consent.
