I’m not giving them a rating those pictures are what Italian capital apartment looks like that’s the one on Center st the big yellow ones I know someone who stays there and the hallway smells like puke 🤮🤮🤮 for months now. It’s really disgusting over there
MY OPINION IS ... DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT PROPERLY MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AND ARE PRONE TO HARASSMENT OF TENANTS. I'm disability "SSDI" and I've rented from Italian capital for over a year March 2015 they haven't repaired anything I asked them to fix my shower walls in April of 2015 it's been a year and no fix they keep sending maintenance people to my door to have me sign stuff but not to fix anything I requested a copy of my deposit n maintenance requests n got no and go screw your self. They promised to work with me after I lost my job and acted as if they were attempting to help me then went behind my back evicted me and went in and went though my apartment and stole anything of value. I had lived there for almost 3 years and was a good tenent. I was only one month behind and these people could care less about putting people on the streets.... Worst rental experience I have ever had stay away if possible
