I had amazing parts service when I enquired about a replacement Armrest for my 2017 Fiat Ducato powered Swift campervan. ( my dog had chewed the soft vinyl padded top). I spoke to Daniel Cyckoma in parts, and he quickly identified that we only needed to buy the vinyl insert, not the whole armrest. He advised the colour may be slightly different, due to the variation between years, but in fact it was a perfect match.
