Italia is an amazing agent! I was working with her long distance and she was able to facetime to give me virtual tours of properties when I could not make it. She is a quick responder, and gave quick turn arounds to any questions I had. She was able to provide additional resources when I had trouble in other areas. I will definitely be going back to her for any future purchases.
