My daughter is 8 and she goes to the Lawrenceville location to see Mrs. Joan, her therapist. She’s been seeing her for a few weeks now and I can’t express how amazing Ms. Joan has been towards my little girl. Not only does my daughter absolutely adore her, but most importantly, she feels SAFE with her. She makes her feel comfortable and she gives her valuable mental tools to use when coping is needed which has helped a lot. Lauren front desk is rude and should not be in a mental health setting. I called twice two diffent days apart and she hung up on me and would not answer the phone. NOT a place for a person like Lauren
Horrible management. They make you jump through hoops for treatment. They just want more money from the insurance companies. They don’t care about you as a person. Doctors and therapists are great. Just sucks they have to work for such an incompetent company.
I’ve kept my mouth shut for too long. I’ve been a patient here for 6 years, yet they treat me like a nobody. I consistently have trouble with them filling my prescriptions on time. I’m taking medication that I can not stop cold turkey and they know this. It poses a real medical problem and they seem to not care. I should not have to have severe anxiety every time my prescriptions are running low. Anxiety they are claiming to treat yet just causing more of.
