They have been very supportive of my mental health journey in terms of helping me reach my goals and maintain self care. It is very convenient that they are fully accessible through telehealth.
Horrible place! I took my son who was then nine because he has a behavior with shows and ADHD we had to do the three visits before we could see the men nurse and every single time we went he had a new therapist until we ended up with a gentleman it would just sit there and stare at him and not even talk. Some patients need consistency and the same counselor to connect with and open up with how is he supposed to open up with anybody when you keep changing his counselor?
Very helpful and genuinely caring therapist(s). Sessions are either in office or via telemedicine which was very helpful during the pandemic. I always have a way to get in touch whenever I need and they always try to accommodate and help resolve any issue.
They don’t call back or answer messages. Trying to find a psychiatrist but no one answers. Cool.
