They did a very good job and answered all my questions and also shared number for any questions.
We bought over their eixting client and request for domain logins. Initially, we asked for global admin; they said NO! We then asked for email admin; still NO! Even the vendor sent them an email in writing, still NO action! Finally, they agreed to set up email forwarding for us in writing but forwarded all emails to non-exsiting email. We missed hundreds of emails. Sarah said that because the vendor (their current client) hasn't paid the final bill. So they have to look after themselves by holding up the admin login.
