Since the place open it's alr just that they do sometime mix up the order I decided to get a drink and somehow they gave me a different one idk what's going on with this place been a while ..:/
I ordered a regular Oreo choco shake with no boba but ended up with the strawberry boba in my drink. Even though on the sticker it’s says no boba but with strawberry boba?? I noticed once I was already on the road so there was nothing I can do which sucked
Got the drink wrong, it wasn’t even busy in there so how does one mess that up
I came today on jun 22 2025 I bought 2 large milk tea with extra boba they charge me extra 0.75$ and after when i got them they barely put little boba and the lady with face mask she was so rude with a bad attitude I won’t come back here the owner should put a better employee!!
I have been to many It's boba time this has been the only location that has denied to substitute the sweeter with Vanilla or to add Vanilla. I even if I offer to pay extra for it, they said no. Since there is no button to make the change or charge.
