I have been calling, texting and emailed for weeks to try and reach someone to set an appointment for my printer to get accessed to see if it can be repaired. I have not been able to get in contact with anymore.

I’ve been reaching out to this company for a year and no text back no email no nothing ! It’s very unprofessional, I just cannot believe it the first interaction was good but it’s very upsetting I’m willing to spend my money just like everybody else

Been calling for two weeks, keep getting voice mail, they never answer phones and there is lady who’s on the voicemail who suggests to leave them a text ant they don’t reply! What’s with this company? I think I will have to report them to manufacturers whom market them so they get the heads up that they aren’t answering calls or texts or messages
