CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mom dropped off my mixer for me, when giving the reasoning for its issues, the man at IT Products looked her point blank in the face and said “I don’t care”. I was told via text that my DJ mixer would be looked at within 48 hours. After not hearing anything for 3 days I started texting and calling, which I was ignored. This place is phenomenal, my DJ mixer went out on me and this place had me back up and running within a day and a half. The workers here are the best in the business. I really call or text this lady every day and she responded each and every time I call, this place highly recommend to anyone with the modern day technology problems. I drove over one hour and 30 minutes for their business. I most definitely will be back again and most importantly I’m leaving them a great tip.

Very detailed with knowledge fixed my epson f570 printer and i was able to meet him to pick it up when he traveled close to the Tampa area the best company hands down!
