I have been calling, texting and emailed for weeks to try and reach someone to set an appointment for my printer to get accessed to see if it can be repaired. I have not been able to get in contact with anymore.
I’ve been reaching out to this company for a year and no text back no email no nothing ! It’s very unprofessional, I just cannot believe it the first interaction was good but it’s very upsetting I’m willing to spend my money just like everybody else
