Trusted this mechanic with our vehicle for the past few years. Never quoted us or informed us about parts being more than what originally notified over the phone, went ahead and replaced them anyway and lumped with a massive bill. Totally unprofessional and especially in this climate, whether its a luxury car or not this is unacceptable. Very disappointed that we were treated this way.
