328 office square lane location was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. The slay palace was rude and has poor communication. The young lady is talented but lacks professionalism. Never again!! If I could give her 0 stars I would.

I scheduled an appointment with this establishment based on the availability displayed on their scheduling system. However, the stylist failed to show up for the appointment. She contacted me after 10:30 pm the night before, requesting a delay in the appointment scheduled for the following morning. I accommodated her request, but she still did not show up for the rescheduled appointment.
