Unprofessional and doesn’t give classy vibes. 100% depends on who your stylist is. Do research before going. I let a random lady do my sew in and throughout the entire process I told her she was braiding too tight and refused to loosen it. Damaged my natural hair so bad I had to cut it.
First off, let me start by saying the owner and the rest of the team were nothing but amazing so friendly and made sure you comfortable. And before you left out the door they made sure you looked good. I never experienced no customer service the way they provided it. I can’t wait till I go back to Georgia because I will be going right back there. You can get everything done in just one shot nails makeup and hair.
