This review is in relation to my checkout/front desk experience on 17 July 2025. A month ago, I came for a consult and was provided a quote for the service I had on 17 July 2025. As I was checking out, I was informed it would be $4000 for a pack of 3 ($1500 more than the original quote I was given by Lindsey a month ago). When I told the front desk person (Kierstyn) that I was quoted $2500, she checked and said that Lindsey does not remember giving this quote. I reached out for a consultation appointment and it took the office a week to reach out to me to schedule, by which time I decided they clearly don’t need me as a client.
China Batista is my expert! China, is extremely knowledgeable, she knows the science behind her craft and she’s very passionate about skin health! I always know that when I am in her hands I am safe, my best interests are in hand and the results are always natural!
