Great teachers and good environment for kids to learn swimming

Lessons lack proper focus on skill development, instructors are not providing the necessary guidance, corrections, or structured progression to help children improve efficiently. As a result, child has not gained the confidence or skills I had hoped for at this stage. Considering the slow progress and lack of effective teaching, it feels like the value of the lessons does not match the cost.

Good facility, nice instructors that care and aren't just watching the clock. I'd highly recommend coming here with your child.

Sadly this place is not once what I thought it was. They will not consider the individual despite their policy stating they will. Management are rude and downright insulting when trying to resolve problems. I can see from other reviews that I am not the only person who has been treated this way. One tip - do not pay for any lessons until you are given a timetable. They refuse to refund under any circumstance. Better to await release of timetable, even if it is only 2 days before the start of the term - you can then elect to ... read more
