Decent instructors and facilities. Few family change rooms available. Also drinking fountains. Nice grounds. Deep pool suitable to practice tumble turns. More recently, some instructors seem somewhat inexperienced and/or disinterested in actually teaching, just seem to be going through the motions, and sometimes not even looking that the students understand what they're meant to be doing and are doing them.

My daughter and son had one of our first ever swimming lessons here, I had told them they both cannot swim. My daughter fell into the water, the instructor was walking through the water the opposite way, with my son. She was under water the beginning stages of drowning. Their father rescued my daughter, to the shock of staff. This happened 5 days ago. The manager, Carolyn has STILL not called me back to discuss. She emailed me she has been very busy and then wrote that her staff take duty of care seriously. I am alarmed and ... read more

Swimming instructors are lazy and not teaching them properly. They are more concerned on chatting with each other and tell the kids to swim but dont even look at them nor tells them how to do it if one was struggling because they are busy chatting with one another.
