This is the second time I have had a major issue with Isuzu. My first issue was when I took my vehicle in for a repair, my catalytic converter was stolen off the lot. My truck was down for six months. That’s six months of lost revenue. Now I’m on my third truck. The engine light came on so I took it in to get serviced. Stop calling me. I already told you, you have the wrong number.
I called the main number and spoke with a guy named Matt on a vehicle I just purchased with less then 16k miles on it. The engine seized and I was looking for some helpful guidance. Not only did he give me mis- information but he hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with someone else he said he was the only on there and I should call back in an hour. Worst service experience I have had and I still have an 80k broken vehicle.
