I recently called to request a quote for a Difference in Conditions policy. The call was answered by someone who appeared to have no knowledge of the coverage, despite the fact that your website clearly advertises it. When I asked why they were unable to help, the individual abruptly hung up the phone instead of transferring me to someone who could assist. This was disappointing and unprofessional. If your company promotes this coverage online, staff should at least know how to direct inquiries properly. I would appreciate c... read more
