I recently called to request a quote for a Difference in Conditions policy. The call was answered by someone who appeared to have no knowledge of the coverage, despite the fact that your website clearly advertises it. When I asked why they were unable to help, the individual abruptly hung up the phone instead of transferring me to someone who could assist. This was disappointing and unprofessional.
