Don't waste your time with this group. If you have standard insurance needs, just use a website to get what you need. If you have special insurance needs, do some research and find someone else to help you. I’m new to Silverdale. My battery died at The Trails. I called to see if I had roadside assistance. I did not but April, my agent, rushed right over to give me a jumpstart and a hug! Can’t get better than that!
April let my business insurance lapse, when I contacted the office they ignored my emails. Now I have to go through another agent and fill out tons more paperwork. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the time and headache.
