I have been going to IStretch for awhile. The staff and physical therapist are Professional, friendly, accommodating. I also use the Sauna room which has an optional Red Laser. I find combining the time I spend with my PT( Alyssa , she’s amazing!) followed by the sauna room has truly helped in my healing. I have found that at this stage in my life , after a workout, self care is crucial. Istretch offers so many options I’m so thankful
James and his team do a phenomenal job. The facility is spotless. They just make your day better. Highly recommend.

been having chronic low back pain for 3 years after a bulging disc and found iStretch offers cold plunges and gave it a shot. after 2 sessions, my discomfort went away about 90%. Great facility, clean, and welcoming. Peter did a amazing job with cupping and help alleviate pain
