I've had a full body stretch, several localized stretches for an injury, used the red light sauna several times, and had accupuncture at iStretch. Great experience during each visit and in a very nice facility. I will continue to visit. Thanks
I have been going to IStretch for awhile. The staff and physical therapist are Professional, friendly, accommodating. I also use the Sauna room which has an optional Red Laser. I find combining the time I spend with my PT( Alyssa , she’s amazing!) followed by the sauna room has truly helped in my healing. I have found that at this stage in my life , after a workout, self care is crucial. Istretch offers so many options I’m so thankful
James and his team do a phenomenal job. The facility is spotless. They just make your day better. Highly recommend.
