I really enjoyed my stretch session with Shay. She is very knowledgeable and it was very relaxing. The stretch studio is located at the back of a lively hair salon, but it was still a peaceful yet energized place to stretch. Highly recommend this as a alternative to a classic massage. So good for everyone to keep limber and loosen tight muscles.

I suffer from so many body & muscles aches and have tried so many different things that didn't work I just gave up. After having a session with Shay I saw an immediate change in my body, the stretch is so relaxing and afterwards you feel amazing and it last for weeks . It really brought my pain level Down, and helped me listen to my body. I will use her services every time I can THANK YOU iStretch. If you try it just once you'll be hooked!
