Been with this clinic since March 2025 At first response times where incredibly quick, communication was clear and polite. A few days later my first appointment was cancelled “due to to operational” reasons but that was fine. I then went in for my assessment with Elliot who was great and really listened to what I was saying, he was young but very professional.
