I first called the store in ************** to get my I-Phone 5 charging port repaired. Just didn't want to go through the expense and confusion at the ************* at the mall. The man answering the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and quoted an exact price which I thought reasonable. Went immediately to the store and was again greeted the same way.
