Not recommended!! The units built in 2025 don’t even have wifi functionality, we purchased ours in March 2025, I had specifically asked for Wifi so I could connect it to Home Assistant, I’m now told that my unit is too old and that I’d need to replace my entire unit if I wanted wifi functionality when it becomes available. Note: Midea comes with wifi as standard and uses superior Tuya wifi. Just had Nathan from SolarGain around to remove our gas instant heater and install our iStore 270L. He was friendly and took the time to discuss the location details and requirements. His work was efficient and meticulous with the system not only working well, but looking incredibly well installed too. Would absolutely recommend him in the future.

Please check warranty, it’s a manufacturer warranty and not when it is installed.
