The owner doesn't respect his agreements. He makes you do the work and then yells at you when it's time to pay. It's a failure coming up soon. Unless he pays in full in advance, don't get near this place
No issues whatsoever. Clean and well kept. Bathrooms are ok. Parking is limited sometimes when I go, but it's not a big deal. Owner is a cool guy. No issues this far.
