Horrible experience!!! Bought M Wash Pro Extended Height equipment in May 2024 and have had nothing but trouble. Poor installation, extremely poor customer service and now won't pick up phone calls to service any break downs and refuses to send out replacement parts to us directly. Pursuing a second location and on the search for a better company!!!

I bought a new Istobal high bay system from Kyle and paid for it in full. They came and put about half of it together and I have not heard another word. Someone said he left the company to go to Sonnys and I am not sure I blame him. Looking at my own options now!
