REPEAT CUSTOMER for more than 5 years! Perfect color and style today. Went to a dinner this evening and received the usual “STUNNING HAIR” compliments that I always receive after an appointment with Isthar’s magical hair artistry. Received hair compliments all night including in the parking lot as I was leaving ! 5 STARS !
