I'm only giving one star because I believe these people aren't malicious. However, their professionalism, business ethics, and overall conduct deserve this negative feedback. I called the owner, Ramazan, the day before to schedule an appointment and ensure he would be there. He confirmed and told me to come. I even called an hour before arriving to reconfirm, and he said he wasn't there but would come to the shop. When I arrived, Ramazan wasn't there, and I had to wait an extra hour for him.
