As the only dedicated ramen restaurant in Auburn, Isshin Ramen truly delivers with its rich and flavorful tonkotsu broth. I enjoyed the black tonkotsu ramen I got. The chasu was smoky and melted in my mouth, the noodle was springy, and the black garlic oil elevated the rich broth to the next level. My friend didn’t quite enjoy the chicken katsu curry. Very clean place and food was very good
Great ramen spot. The black tonkatsu was excellent as well as the karaage chicken. Inside is cozy but very comfortable and service was very quick. I'd definitely recommend coming here.
