So tried to go to Issei noodles twice now. First time there was a wait which was fine. But they have a stupid list you need to fill out which wasn’t obvious that that’s what you needed to do. Once you sign into the list you don’t have any idea when you might be seated. We wound up waiting for 30 minutes before we could flag someone and ask how long it would be. They said probably an hour.
