Summary: Recommended. I was able to book an appointment quickly for a sore back and neck, and the massage had a great combo of deep tissue and Swedish technique with a hot rock finale. It was just what I needed. Soothing music and room+bed temperature was just right.
This was the best gift I have ever given myself. This is a life changing 6 days of my life. Highly recommended

Shandalla is great with problem and painful areas. The massage was relaxing and very healing. My shoulder has much better range of motion now.
