When I went in to get on the program, there are no meals there, just bars and snacks. Melinda told me just to eat chips for lunch. I found out Ideal Protein used to have meals. A lot of businesses are closed now, and they cannot get the meals. I was not told about the lack of meals, just snacks.
I have started this journey, as most, in January 2023. More precisely, Jan. 11, 2023 - the day my life changed. I've never weighted myself in 2022, but clothes that I bought a few months ago, they simply didn't fit me anymore in December. Melinda is amazing, kind, understanding, and so motivating! She understands that everyone is different and helped me find ways to stay on track. You can tell she loves her job and is so encouraging to keep on working! She really works with you and your schedule to help make sure you can get in. 10lbs down in 2 weeks! Melinda is a fun, friendly, and personable coach. The diet takes a large commitment, but overall worth it. So far, it's most successful weight loss plan I've tried.
IP is one of the only diet plans where I’ve had success and I attribute that not only to the product but also to my coach Ivonne. Ivonne is always so supportive especially when you break protocol for whatever reason. She’s always sharing information about the plan and her experience on the plan and how to maximize results.
