I would stay away from Issaquah/Preston Glass. No reponses to calls, emails, and or submitted orders. Placed an order back in July and was told 3-4 weeks. I've called and emailed numerous times (at different times of day). No reply. So now I am forced to use another company and start my project from scratch. Frustrating. I've heard reports of others going through this as well. Safe your time and go somewhere else.

I had a great experience working with Issaquah Glass. The customer service was great over the phone and in-person when I went to pick up my custom mirror. I will definitely use them in the future.

I have used Issaquah Glass over the past ten years. They have replaced at least 25 panes of glass spread out across five to six separate engagements. They were reliable and provided a great service. HOWEVER, I will never use them again and if you do you should proceed with caution. Jan 2022 - They gave a quote for four panes of glass and we paid $1,000 for a deposit.
