Had my car reconditioned by Isaam — within 2 weeks ENGINE BREAK DOWN- another mechanic found missing bolts. Took him months to fix, and now 6 months later the same issue again, bolts missing. Engine dead, Really poor job.
Don't Know his job, kept my car for 1 month and voided my warrenty on the part and still can't fix it.
Isaam put tap water in my car instead of coolant, forgot to connect the alternator to the battery therefore after few days my battery and alternator both had to be replaced. Instead of new, Isaam put the old alternator belt and steering belt (serpentine) back in. My car stopped steering few weeks after this repair then blew head gasket. Reconsider if going to him, after you have to check with a proper mechanic everything he did to your car.
