I called Issac’s Duct Specialist to request quote and made an appointment for the air duct & vents cleaning based on great google reviews, especially that they clean after themselves and don’t leave much mess. On the day of the appointment, the service was done and when making the payment via Zelle, I was asked to pay to Alpha Clean Air!!! WHAT? Booking/scheduling over the phone, no problem. Very easy to deal with and very polite to help you understand. The free estimate wasn’t the only plus, these guys went over and beyond what was deemed within their scope. I really appreciate excellent customer service and that very feat I experienced.
