Was having lower abdominal pain along with pelvic pain. Called my GYN and they said they would like me to go to ER. I asked any one in particular. They said St. Vincent's because there is GYN in house. Got to St. Vincent's and tried to park across the street from ER. Gate closed with large Sign emergency vehicle only. First of all very dirty Facility, Trash bins full all over, rest rooms were nasty sticky floors and un clean stools and not just one ,I had visited multiple throughout a very long day. then there was barley any communication between surgical staff and family during a 4.5 hour surgery, surgeon seems to of been good but this facility and communication is terrible, would not recommend.

Management doesn't care about CNA's and the HARD work they do. They don't care that most of the contract RN's are lazy. They are Always on their cell phones. Supervision needs to be present for PM and NOC shifts. Also most of the young employees are lazy , they won't help when asked, they are always on their cell phones. Their environment is not productive or appreciated. Shame on them.

Dr Woodruff is my cardiologist. I have repeatedly attempted to get information regarding a procedure he may be performing on me. However, I have gotten no response and I am quite angry. My condition could be life threatening so it would be nice to have some answers. The lack of response is extremely poor a d may be endangering my life.

Last night, I was abruptly awakened by my daughter's screams - she had fallen down some metal stairs. At 18 years old, she was in tears with a noticeably swollen knee. As an advocate, not a medical professional, I quickly put in my contacts, didn't bother with my hair, grabbed a blanket for my daughter, and drove to the nearest hospital, St Mary's. Administrators choose to not act upon a disabled person being discrimination by a staff member. If it's ok with you then this is the right place for you and your family members to go. Check the ratings too see what you can experience here. Check the many lawsuits they presently have. I have to question if his family is working and the person discriminating is not his wife!. He's not a qualified administrative person based on his actions or it shows the hospitals desperation for staff. Don't say you was not warned.
