I wouldn’t recommend Issa to anyone. I had the EXACT same issue with him as the rest of the others who have left negative reviews. I paid him 1,000 dollars to help me settle a contractual dispute. Without Issa’s help, I was able to settle the dispute, four days later. He agreed to return the full amount in August of 25’. Week after week passed, with no refund.
