Front office staff purposely ignores voicemails, never answers the phone, don’t care to work of prior authorization. New staff is needed just throw the whole place away. What kind of business never answers the phone? What kind of office staff decides they don’t want to work on your prior authorization. This place is HORRIBLE!
Lazy incompetent staff. The front desk staff purposely ignores calls and messages. They don’t do what they get paid to do.
Very caring endocrinologist that gets proven results!
Been going there for month due to high thyroid numbers and I can’t keep meds down and Cheney I tell him what’s going on he just up them and doesn’t listen to me and I have been there for an hour and a half before being called back
