I recently purchased and installed your Power Liftgate Kit for my Ford Mustang Mach-E. Unfortunately, I experienced several major issues during the installation process. I have 1 email claiming invalid VIN needed to program, for a Cue screen. Sent the VIN against it could be PROGRAMMED correctly. Have sent emails, phone calls no return anything. You got the old Cue screen, have a lifetime wareenty and guarantee ( which is a marketing lie you pay for that and EXPRESS shipping because the vehicle is down. Bought a cluster to replace my 03 gmc. Oil pressure now is way off , had it tested spent 500 at a mechanics that specializes in Duramax. Says it's the dash. They sent me another same issue, they said it's my problem and not theirs. Worthless , don't waste your money
My experience purchasing a Power Lift Gate Opener for my mother's Bronco from ISS was terrible. The installation alone took six hours, only for the opener to immediately fail to work correctly. After the failure, it took ISS 48 hours to even provide a phone number for technical support. Following that, it took two full days of troubleshooting with tech support to learn that ISS was already aware of existing issues with the opener, specifically that it is incompatible with this make and model vehicle. The negative reviews are a little crazy here. I sent in a dash cluster for my 1998 Chevrolet express 3500 which is a small box truck I use for my mobile grooming van. It was really important that I get it back quickly, as of course I can’t drive without my dash cluster .I shipped it, and it arrived on Monday at 10:30 AM. **I will say it was slightly difficult getting a hold of someone.
