I ordered an HVAC module for my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse and It was advertised to be plug and play as long as I provided the VIN number which I did. Unfortunately it was not pre-programmed and it was not plug and play. As a result, I have to take the car to a dealership to have it programmed. I would like to add that the module is the correct part for my vehicle. I would also like to add that Melita Hess, the sales representative was very helpful and did her best to remedy the problem, but to no avail.
This company is impossible to deal with. Never answer the phone with a real person, never return emails. I purchased a screen online which showed in stock, then they said they dont have it to send mine in. I sent mine in, but could not get any on the phone to verify they had it. Three weeks later they called, sent me a screen, but did not send back my brackets. Then they sent brackets, but the wrong ones. I still cant get anyone on the phone to fix the problem. Order 98865 I got my instrument cluster after waiting two weeks and the tachometer is off 300 rpm and customer service has not responded in more than a day. Very unhappy I would use a place who actually answers the phone next time there response is that it’s supposed to be off by that much terrible company
Service is terrible. Takes days to get answers. Even after explaining that they sent me a bad cluster and going through the troubleshooting they refuse to admit there wrong. Simple I put the cluster in the truck it creates a draw. Remove the draw is gone. They insist that its something else. To get a professional to test it. Im a 35 year master tech.
