This place is a mess despite making it look easy. Never order from ISS! I ordered an instrument cluster and told them the mileage to program. They overshot the mileage by 70k miles!!!! I paid $400 for the cluster, somehow I get charged more if I don’t send MY cluster back in using their same shipping boxes from years ago with 10 other customers names on the labels. 2013 Cadillac Cue worked well, until it completely blacked out and became non operational. No radio, no screen display, and no ventilation controls. 3I contacted ISS customer service for my limited lifetime warranty and they instructed me to have it diagnosed somewhere else. So much for the lifetime warranty. Then they "ghosted" me in trying to confirm my lifetime warranty. I work for a corporate company and placed an order with them 3 weeks ago. After two weeks I emailed and called with no avail so I cancelled the order and ordered it from another vendor. They finally replied two days later with tracking. I explained that I cancelled the order and to refund the card. They will not refund the card and they stuck me with a part I have no use for (3 weeks later). If this is how Sara treats a corporate company, think about how she'll treat the average customer.

Contacted ISS to purchase a new instument cluster online. Got a quick response that after my purchase it was not available. They set up for me to ship mine, repair it with options I selected, and ship back. Repair was quick. Longests part was the shipping. Shipped on a tuesday and received it back on a Friday. I am in the PNW as is ISS which is why the turn around was super quick.
