Poor shipping speed and poor customer service. Quality of reman clusters is poor. Shipping speed is much slower than return shipping. Would not recommend. Installed reman unit and found back lighting was dimmer than unit I was replacing and gauged looked older than my original one.
Sent the cluster for my workhorse chassis, plenty of communication and big sharpie note ,,,(oil pressure gauge pegged needs fixing, ) got it back the same way I sent it ,,didn't fix a damn thing ,,but they sure as hell charged me for it,not very happy,,camping season now ,
Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado digital HVAC controller thinking that it was possibly refurbished like the instrument cluster I just bought from them. I was trying to be a loyal consumer because I felt like the service was good on that. Nowhere on your website does it say the HVAC part is a Dorman least not currently so played me for a fool on this one and I paid about $70 more than I would’ve paid on Amazon for the exact same product total rip off. Makes you wonder how refurbished anything on their site really is. BEWARE
My order was placed easily over the phone, shipping was fast and the cluster looks & functions great, Core return was super easy also
I placed an order for a replacement cluster for my 01 Sierra, nearly immediately I received and email stating they were out of stock but I had the option to send mine in and have it refurbished and that it wouldn't take much longer, and per their estimate of shipping a new one vs refurbishing mine it was the same time, what i received is a brand new looking cluster, mine had a cracked cover, had dirt and dead bugs in it most gages inop or flickering all over, My new cluster works flawlessly, I highly recommend, We will do bu... read more
