Bought one of their units and it doesn't work Phoned them they don't like returning there equipment. I'm waiting to hear from them what they are going to do. Also it took a long time to get the equipment, some was on back order. Not happy.
If i could give negative stars I would. Shipped my cluster for my 2004 dodge ram to these guy and the fix last about 3 month.. the shop i took it to said the repair was the biggest hack job they have seen in a while and no wonder it was so cheap. Not worth saving the money on them.
I only give one star because zero is not an option. I sent a ford cluster with an issue with the connector solder points having a bad connection causing battery draw, and intermittent cluster operation. I can literally move the cluster plug with extreme minimal input and cause this cluster to power up and go to sleep. ISS technician Stacy Burroughs said they plugged it in and it worked. Exactly what I needed! They definitely delivered on their promise. They are fast to reply to any question I had. Only issue i had was my gauge cluster was in french but I was able to fix it
shipped my cluster to them. no fix and are shipping it back and now I'm just out their 60 sum dollar bench fee. they probably don't even repair cluster just make all their money off the fees
