Very impressed with the whole process. Glad someone is fixing GM's huge mistake. Love the replaced CUE system, and the whole process worked out great!! Would certainly buy from again!!!
I wrote an email ahead of time asking if they could fix the door lock driver in the cluster as well as fix some lights and a needle stop pin. They assured me they could. I sent the cluster and when I received it back the lights were fixed but not the stop pin or the driver for the door locks. They had me send it back again and they fixed the pin but sent me back a troubleshooting guide for the door locks. I told them that if I install a different cluster the door locks work, I don’t have any other problems with the door lock... read more
I’m giving this two stars because I did get it pretty quickly. Approximately five business days. Very frustrated though! I ordered a refurbished QUE screen for my 2016 Cadillac Atsv using my VIN number online. Got the old one pulled out and the new one ready to go in although there’s only three connectors on this new one and I have five connector wires. Model numbers do not match. So far I noticed I have no heated and cold seats. I did call today, although y’all are closed on the weekends. Hopefully, I can take care of this ... read more

Awesome cluster,looks amazing in my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500, The only thing i wish the lights were brighter, and u didnt set my enginge hour meter to the right hours, and i wish i would have nowne that the gear selector display was bigger, i can barely see what gear i select, but other than that it looks nice and works great. And yes i would use your service in the future... Thank You...
