Great Job! They definitely went above and beyond repairing my cluster than I initially thought. it looks brand new like it drove off the lot! The cleaning was great and looks they replaced the back plastic that clips onto the cluster. I accidentally broke the plastic prior sending it out because I thought I was mechanically incline to repairing it myself but thanks again.
Poor shipping speed and poor customer service. Quality of reman clusters is poor. Shipping speed is much slower than return shipping. Would not recommend. Installed reman unit and found back lighting was dimmer than unit I was replacing and gauged looked older than my original one.
Sent the cluster for my workhorse chassis, plenty of communication and big sharpie note ,,,(oil pressure gauge pegged needs fixing, ) got it back the same way I sent it ,,didn't fix a damn thing ,,but they sure as hell charged me for it,not very happy,,camping season now ,
Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado digital HVAC controller thinking that it was possibly refurbished like the instrument cluster I just bought from them. I was trying to be a loyal consumer because I felt like the service was good on that. Nowhere on your website does it say the HVAC part is a Dorman least not currently so played me for a fool on this one and I paid about $70 more than I would’ve paid on Amazon for the exact same product total rip off. Makes you wonder how refurbished anything on their site really is. BEWARE
My order was placed easily over the phone, shipping was fast and the cluster looks & functions great, Core return was super easy also
