Ordered replacement instrument panel for 2004 Suburban, arrived promptly, works perfect.
Ordered a cluster replacement for my 03 2500. When I got it, went to swap out the old one and realized that the previous owner of the truck modified the mount studs for the cluster - so it did not align properly. Reached out to ISS to ask once I sent back the original part, if they would waive the 20% restocking fee. In short, they said as an online retailer, they charge restocking fees as do ALL other online businesses. My instrument cluster, radio, windows and dome lights stopped working on my 2005 F350. I sent the cluster to ISS Automotive for repair. Hooked it up and it works like new. Thanks for the quick turn around!
This is the first time I have tried this place, I paid for this on line it shows it was paid for in my bank statement, but I have not received this, and when I call to try and find out what is going on I’m just placed on hold and no one ever comes to the phone, how can you trust a company that will not pick up the phone or send tracking details, you need to look at the reviews before you order form these people, I also paid extra for a 72 hour shipment, up date 1 12 25 still have not got this really if you don’t get this old... read more
I can believe this place payed extra to get my cluster and no shipping detales, no one will answer there phone, they play games with your through email, I have spent $261 dollars, and can't get any response from there company, and I payed for ship with them 72 hr, this company is spam,
