Volvo service is the best vehicle service department I have encountered thus far in all of my driving life. Diagnosed, scheduled, offered a ride if needed while being fixed, car was fixed as if nothing ever happened, and informed me of ways to save money on everything that I was never aware of. Pretty close to perfect to me.
Andrew West, is the service writer I ask for. His customer service is 5 stars. Volvo service gives me the "new car purchase" customer treatment, every visit!
