I have been seeing Dr. Gazi for a while. She is never on time for her appointments, her medical assistant; Hannah that is supposed to do the prior authorizations is a joke. The last time I was in was 09/09/2025 and here it is almost November and I am still waiting for the PA to get my medicine. I have sent numerous messages and one response I got was that a PA was done in June.... Um l you are correct for a different medication not for the one prescribed in September. Very poor experience with this doctor. Communication is almost nonexistent. She is never on time for appointments — I’ve had to wait hours past my scheduled times. On multiple occasions, she promised to call me with lab results and never did. Because of this lack of follow-up, my health issues became much more serious than they should have. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a physician. Patients deserve timely communication and care. I cannot recommend this doctor at all.
Schedule here AT YOUR OWN RISK! This place does NOT care about their patients. Consider yourself warned. My mom has seen this provider, Israt Gazi, MULTIPLE times since she fell ill on May 1st and she is still sick due to the negligence of this office. Her previous experience with the same symptoms and Tudorza inhaler have been successful. Yet, the provider refused to prescribe this medication. I have been going to this location and this doctor for 2 years now. I recently had a physical which was an absolute joke. It was for 8:30am. It took an hour for someone to come and take my blood pressure. After that another 1.5 hours to finally have the doctor come in. I saw her for maybe 15-20 minutes. All she did is listen to my heart, listen to my lungs, felt my throat and looked in my eyes and told me I have cataracts. The doctor is good as well the staff, but they have horrible wait time. You atleast have to sit more than 1 hour before the doctor see you.
