Dr Gazi is a wonderful person and physician. Those who complain about wait time must know that she is a physician saving lives. If she is running behind that means she is probably helping a patient. It talk more about you than her! Those who complain of prior auth have chosen cheaper insurances for themselves! Prior auth is eventually a patients own responsibility. Dr can only help so much. My experience with Dr. Gazi was deeply troubling. Her demeanor was dismissive and unkind, and I felt spoken down to rather than cared for. Legitimate medical concerns were brushed off, and comments made about weight and health were insensitive and inappropriate. There was a noticeable lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect throughout the visit. Instead of feeling supported or heard, I left feeling embarrassed and discouraged. I have been seeing Dr. Gazi for a while. She is never on time for her appointments, her medical assistant; Hannah that is supposed to do the prior authorizations is a joke. The last time I was in was 09/09/2025 and here it is almost November and I am still waiting for the PA to get my medicine. I have sent numerous messages and one response I got was that a PA was done in June.... Um l you are correct for a different medication not for the one prescribed in September.
