I have been going to this location and this doctor for 2 years now. I recently had a physical which was an absolute joke. It was for 8:30am. It took an hour for someone to come and take my blood pressure. After that another 1.5 hours to finally have the doctor come in. I saw her for maybe 15-20 minutes. All she did is listen to my heart, listen to my lungs, felt my throat and looked in my eyes and told me I have cataracts. The doctor is good as well the staff, but they have horrible wait time. You atleast have to sit more than 1 hour before the doctor see you.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. My original appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, which was inconvenient. When I finally came in for the new appointment, I had to wait for over an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and consideration for my time was frustrating. I hope the clinic can work on improving scheduling and keeping patients informed about delays in the future.
Dr. Israt Gazi is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly in a calm and respectful manner. Her professionalism and kind attitude made me feel at ease throughout the visit. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend her to others.
Dr Gazi is an amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond for all her patients. I can not express how happy and satisfied I was once I left. Thank you doctor Gazi for being the best doctor.
