Laziest exterior wash ever. The roof of my SUV was dry--the worker didn't even spray water on it. When I pointed it out he acknowledged with a grunt and lazily pushed a rag around where he could.
They always do a good job but this time I took my SUV and they broke the steering wheel . Does not go up and down anymore . They also broke the box in the center . Does not open up anymore and they also broke my dvd player that I had in the back of my seats ! This is not acceptable !
