I been living at Kendrick Ave. apartments since April 2024, they are ok. The basement apartment where I live in, needs a good, certified maintenance contractor. The manager does nothing right. Let me start: the carpet in the master room doesn't have the re-bond padding under it, you step on a covered hard wood. The pipe under the sink is lose and drips. I live here now until the end of the month. I asked if I could paint the halls I have paint. They said no. I’ve been cleaning the hallways a putting up fresh curtains I bought. The other tenants love it. I put rugs in the locked the windows. But there is no forgiveness.
Their customer service is weak and their employees are so rude.
