The staff are great, kind and informative. Dr Alvarado listens and is concerned about finding solutions. I am glad to have him on my care team.

I went today as a new customer. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. The office was beyond filthy. I rather be sick than go here to be treated with disrespect. Do not go here. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor. I was not seen and my appointment was canceled. I waited for over 20 min. For nothing. Complete waste of time and gas. The location is also beyond sketchy. Worst medical office I have ever seen.
He was a good doctor when I first started to see him before the pandemic started. His visits have turned into 10 minutes and it seems he has no time to talk to you because the next patient is waiting. The medications he prescribes don't get to the right pharmacy and it takes days to get it corrected because the person in charge of that task does not answer the phone or calls you back. I’m so happy with the doctor but I don’t see any afficency in order to give what you need at the time you set up a appointment one of the girls is ao rude and when I specifically ask to been seen by the doctor the give me a appointment with a female dr, I don’t like to be seen with a different doctor every time I come,he know what I need so I don’t want someone alse to guess on my health
