Arrived at 2 pm for a 3:30 vasectomy, only to be told by an incredibly rude nursing staff that the doctor was running THREE HOURS late. They then proceeded to lie to a lobby of angry patients that they had called everyone on the schedule that day - something I quickly disproved by checking my home call log. The head nurse was nothing but pure attitude, and did nothing to assure anyone that their concerns were valid.
