They will mess up your car and won't accept resposibility!!! The least you could do is admit you made a mistake but they won't even do that. Terrible business, go at your own risk!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I truly don’t understand how this place has any positive reviews — they must be fake or from friends and family. My experience with this mechanic was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I brought my car in for what was clearly an axle issue. Instead of addressing the problem, the mechanic started pulling apart my engine — disconnecting the battery, removing spark plugs (which were replaced just 3 months ago), and telling me they were “bad” (they weren’t). TLDR: israel is unprofessional, dangerous, and screwed up my car. Took it in for a diagnostic— my car left on with a tow truck 2 days later because it wouldn’t start after his “diagnostic”, a missing fresh air intake duct, and a missing fuse box cover. I left being threatened by two women for “being on their property” and filming my car leaving on a tow truck — video and photos attached.
