I’ve always had positive experiences at this clinic with other doctors over the past year or two, but my recent visit with Dr. Rong Ji was incredibly disappointing. I’ve never encountered a medical professional so rude and dismissive. When I asked questions about my blood work, she abruptly told me, “I don’t have time to answer these questions.” This was in stark contrast to the other doctors here, who have always been patient and willing to ease my concerns. Dr Adam Mokter was amazing with our daughter. He is not our regular GP and we came here to avoid ED. He was kind, listened amazingly well, didn’t rush out, educated us and was gentle and thorough. Just what you need when you’re worried about your kid. The receptionist was so accommodating and went out of her way to care for our daughter too providing a place for her to rest and politely giving us well wishes. Really important when you have a sick toddler in the evening.
Excellent practice. Reception was smooth even for a 1st time patient. Promptly taken to Dr. Adam. He took his time listening and understanding. Gave prompt prescription and even googled a nearby pharmacy. Top stuff. Will definately return.
This place is a joke. They refuse to take bookings for the next day, and when you call right at 6 PM when they open, suddenly there’s 'no availability' for the same day—even though I’m the first one calling! And even if you somehow manage to get a reservation, expect to wait an extra hour past your time because they clearly don’t respect anyone’s schedule. Pathetic service.
