Good experience overall. The docter is friendly and explained properly. Respect to the receptionist, I think her name was Rahma. We were waiting for our turn patiently, and there were good volume of patients being serviced before us. When my turn was called, a couple when ballistic on being served before. I’ve always had positive experiences at this clinic with other doctors over the past year or two, but my recent visit with Dr. Rong Ji was incredibly disappointing. I’ve never encountered a medical professional so rude and dismissive. When I asked questions about my blood work, she abruptly told me, “I don’t have time to answer these questions.” This was in stark contrast to the other doctors here, who have always been patient and willing to ease my concerns. Dr Adam Mokter was amazing with our daughter. He is not our regular GP and we came here to avoid ED. He was kind, listened amazingly well, didn’t rush out, educated us and was gentle and thorough. Just what you need when you’re worried about your kid. The receptionist was so accommodating and went out of her way to care for our daughter too providing a place for her to rest and politely giving us well wishes. We are very grateful for our experience and would highly recommend this clinic. We certainly know where to come back ... read more
