I’ve noticed that patients with scheduled appointments are often made to wait while others—apparently known to the receptionist or sharing their background—are seen first. This has happened multiple times and is very disappointing. Today I had to wait more than 1hr to see the doctor despite having an appointment. This problem is happening with this particular receptionist only(the one who worked on 26/9/25 at Liverpool). Clinics should follow a fair and transparent appointment system.
