An excellent clinic. The treatment the doctor prescribed was very effective. I always take my children there instead of going to the emergency room. I recommend everyone visit this clinic.
I've been to Isra quite a few times and its been great.But this one time i went and saw Dr Eman for a referral for a medical test along with other things. She said its quite busy today so she will send the letter in the email later tonight. I came home and didn't receive the letter for days. I called after few days and receptionist said she will remind the doctor. Didn't receive anything and called again after a week and receptionist said the same thing. Great after-hours GP service. reliable and efficient. Highly recommend
Came for my scheduled appointment and told there were 5 people in front of me. When I questioned this I was told two appointments were running late as they were ‘family appointments’. In what world do families make one big appointment to see the gp together. The location of the medical centre felt very unsafe.
