This is worst service ever, I have been waiting to see the nurse for ages and she kept calling patients in front of me because she knows them. I haven’t been waiting for that long at any other medical centre, honestly ridicules
Horrible place with rude reception, rang up to enquiry for an appointment and been treat pretty badly. Never go to this horrible place.
online que system doesn't work unless you show your ticket number and presence. I waited almost 2hours sitting in waiting area, and when I showed my ticket number to go see doctor, it turns out because I didn't let receptionist know Im here, they didn't que me in for waiting list. Then whats the point of online booking.
Was very Disappointed, yesterday night with Doctor Habib Chaudhry, was very unprofessional, he doesn't know about anything, also way of treatment super bad. I never had such a bad experience in ISRA Medical centre. I am with isra since 12 years. Super Disappointed yesterday. Management should take a serious Note. Thanks.
