Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Reham Sabra. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no genuine concern for my health. This is the worst system I have ever seen. I waited for around 55 minutes even though I was told that if the patients before me didn’t show up, I would be sent in. I waited patiently and understood when others before me went in, that was fine. But after the queue was empty, I was still not called. Then a new patient came and even though the receptionist said there were no slots, he said he had called the doctor and the doctor told him to come. Extremely disappointed due to waiting period. Ask patient to come at approximate time, that’s ridiculous.
I’ve been visiting Isra Medical Centre Lakemba for the past three years, but unfortunately, this issue keeps happening. I had a very disappointing experience again — I made a booking in advance, but even after waiting for more than an hour, my turn still didn’t come. There was only one patient before me, yet the staff kept saying there’s still one patient ahead, even though the online booking system showed I was next.
