Nazo the receptionist was very unpleasant to deal with tonight. She was inconsiderate and incredibly diabolical in her manner. As a receptionist she shouldn’t be working with clients, in a place where compassion should be practiced and top priority.
Worst worst worst….everything is worst….just don’t go there
Recently moved to the area and went to Isra for an initial appointment. Doctor would not assist with a prescribed medicine as I am a ’New Patient’. Very very frustrating and disheartened that I was treated in such manner with no trust.
I visited there yesterday and the dr was Dr Habib Subhani Chaudhry, he was so rude to me and was making fun of my sickness, literally laughing also he was trying to finish the consultation as early as possible so that he can get another patient. Even before I got my prescription he already called another patient and the patient was knocking at the door. I am very unsatisfied and upset of visiting there.
